Here are the sketches that I will be using a a reference to create the model. In the top one I was still playing with ideas like the fins on the forearms and calves and a tail. I think I will keep the fins but I'm ditching the tail. The bottom picture is just getting more of a feeling for the character, its got a little more emotion and detail. Let me know if there are any suggestions or criticisms.
